Start a 'One more thing we can do ' movement

Today, ask each customer what is the one thing that you can do to improve your services.
Just ask for one thing.
Please note:
1. Write it down
2. Thank the guest
3. Offer the same to your boss/concerned authorities only if you can’t do it.
4. If you can, do it!
