Could be as simple as ‘lets celebrate that everybody has come to work!’
Or maybe ‘Lets celebrate that there have been no accidents today!’
Its not the reason that is important, it is the CELEBRATION that is!

You should be doing this everyday, but maybe you aren’t.
There could be simple reasons for not thanking people. You don’t think you need to, you think the person knows you appreciate them anyway, you think people will think its fake, or you just don’t think about thanking!
Today, thank everybody!
Thank everybody who does anything for you. Thank the bus driver, thank the cleaner, thank the laundry man, thank the security guard, thank your support departments, thank your customers.
Today, THANK!
Go to another sub-department or department and offer to learn something new.
Could be anything.
Filling up a form, what they do, what they offer, how do you fit into their processes.
Anything at all, but learn something new about another department TODAY!
Choose three people in the area you work
1. Your dear friend/or the person you like
2. The person you hate/detest
3. the person you never worked with
Ask them for feedback on your work.

3. Offer the same to your boss/concerned authorities only if you can’t do it.

Ask her/him how they got where they are.
Ask them what it takes to succeed in this industry.
